A few things owners often ask
How long does a typical service take?
A Care Assessment is usually ready within a few days. A Regulated Service takes around one to two weeks, and a Full Calibration Overhaul is given several weeks of settling and observation before it is returned.
Will I be told what is wrong before any work starts?
Yes. Every service begins with an inspection, and we talk through what we find in clear terms before proceeding with any further work.
Do you work on both mechanical and battery watches?
Yes, our Care Assessment covers both movement types, and our Regulated and Overhaul services are suited to mechanical pieces.
How is pricing decided?
Our three services have clear starting prices shown on the Solutions page. If your watch needs additional parts, we will always discuss this with you first.
